Blessings to you, Amy. Shelley Phelps told me about you! I had surgery on Oct 1 and feel AMAZING!! I just spent the day at the park with Shelley and her daughter (cutest little doll!). The JP drain is not fun, but it happens SO FAST that it's over before you really get to think about whats happening. Just take a deep breath, relax, and blow out as hard and long as you can....that's it! Beth

I wanted to wish you well with your upcoming surgery. I hope that all goes well and that you are up and out and about real soon. I'll bet you are are doing a happy dance accompanied by a bundle of unwanted "NERVES", but don't worry be HAPPY! You are in my thoughts and prayers. Good Luck!

Hi everyone! Just wanted to touch base! I went to the MPEC this past weekend. It was great...especially Kim Smith the speaker. Very informative. I am still nervous and worried about the JP drain! LOL...if some of you are post ops..please email me and tell me what to expect. I'll keep in touch!..amy
