"9/11/03 - I met with Dr. Naaman today and I thought he rocked. I have read so much about him on this site, that I thought he would be a grizzly old bear. I kept reading comments like, "direct", "no-nonsense", "to-the-point", "doesn't mess around", etc... I thought he was a very shy man, with a ready smile and eager to answer any questions I had. I liked him immediately. And, his staff is the best I've ever had the pleasure to work with... talk about a tightly-run ship... these people have it together. No waiting, no confusion... nothing but a smooth, easy process. I can't wait to have my surgery. Now all I have to do is wait for the approval from BCBS. Getting closer.... wish me luck! Kimmie"
