"The only reason I answered average above was because of the night nurse I had. She was nice, but slow and didn't complete her duties as I saw it. Specifically, she expected my husband or myself to make sure my IV was plugged up and that my leg pumps were plugged up and turned on and that I had oxygen. That did not sit well with me or my husband."
"Dr. Facundus was very patient and attentive. He answered all mine and my husband's questions thoroughly. I had done a lot of research prior to my first appointment, but he went through the whole process with us to make sure we understood everything. I feel that he is a very competent surgeon and I am very satisfied with my decision. I also met Dr. Foreman and was equally impressed with him. He took time with us and was never once ready to oepn the door to leave until he was sure we were finished. He and Dr. Facundus are a great team. They practice alike and it's nice to have consistency. His aftercare program consists of an appt with him, and then follow-ups with the nutritionist and consultants at BWI. All in all, his staff and the staff at BWI have been extremely nice and helpful.
Post-op...Dr. Facundus met with me and my husband the morning after surgery and he helped ease my depression. Actually, he pretty much eliminated it. I am totally satisfied and convinced that I made the right choice in surgeons."
"Dr. Conway is all around great! She is very patient, kind, sympathetic, informative, knowledgable, gosh...if I could think of more adjectives I'd put them down! She is wonderful. The office staff is VERY kind and it seems as though everyone has the same demeaner."
