Hi! Thanks to every one that sent me those beautiful messages. Sorry for not updating earlier but I'm frustrated!!!! Do to a moratory letter from the hospital my surgery has been postponed until new advice. I have been crying for the last two days. I was so hopefull after having all my papers ready. But I'm going to fight!!!!!!!!!! The issue here is that in Puerto Rico the Department of Health is conducting an investigation due to an apparent mal practice cases. This is the typical case in which inocents pays for the errors of other offenders. Well, I guess that the only thing that I can do right now is pray and hope that the letter that I wrote to the Hospital CEO gets some results. Again, thanks for all of your support and I will keep you posted and let you know when I get a new date. By!!!

Congratulations on your decision to make a positive change in your life. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I wish you good luck, good health and a speedy recovery. I had lap RNY on Febr. 8. I had no real pain and I went back to work early because I felt so good. I hope your experience is as positive!

Congratulations on your surgery to be done on Tuesday. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers for a successful procedure and a speedy UNSTRESSFUL recovery for you. You are so lucky to live in PR - where the weather is warm - I will be praying for you - I was a singer before the weight got the best of me and I got so depressed I no longer had a song. I hope to get back to singing in a few months. Syb
