"Drs. Rabkin and Jossart operate as a team. For my initial consult it was DR Jossart that I met. He was very nice and considerate. He answered all my questions. The office was in a bit of confusion having lost their office manager and their insurance person of late but tried to be accommodating nonetheless. I would have felt more comfortable if there wasn't a sense of being rushed... even so as I said all my questions were answered. Anyone who has investigated DS and these surgeons in particular will have no problem in judging their competence level for barriatric and lap procedures. Although aftercare wasn't discussed with the DR in particular it was with his RN and there is lots of info on their site about what is expected from the patient as far as followup lab testing, DR visits and compliance with nutrition and taking supplements. Risks of surgery were addressed during the visit with the RN and in the patient binder. I am fully confident in the skill level of these surgeons."
