Bambi, best wishes for your upcoming surgery. I had mine in November 2000, and I have never had a single regret. One thing that may help to remember is that the nervousness is over with when you wake up in the recovery room to your new life.

Congratulations Bambi on your date! I just had my surgery with Dr. Wetter on August 13--he is truly a master surgeon. Everything at Mills is competently run and geared towards the bariatric patient. My only advice is to try not to worry--it really was a "piece of cake!"
