Hello everyone, My life has been so busy that I forgot it was a two year anniversary for my succesful weight loss. I am totally a new person. Able to do anything a thin person can. I can even sing now before I had so much pressure on my chest my breate was very short. I am working full time now and actually feel like I am contributing something back for my husband and I.I have maintained since my tummy tuck in Dec. of 2000. My weight is 153. And it seems to be a good weight for me. When I eat to fast or don't chew and swallow something to big I will throw it up, but it is not a daily or even a weekly occurance. It is a reminder to chew, chew, chew.... I eat just about everything. Beef sits heavy on my stomach, but if I eat slow and chew good I can eat a small amount. I stick mainly to chicken and fish. Every once in a while I even have a candy bar. I still weigh myself regularly thinking the scales will start to go up, but its just a hang up from losing in the past and not being able to keep it off. I am gardening, line dancing, and working full time which was impossible before I had my surgery. I have reclaimed my life. From couch potato to dancing grammy...LOL
