I had to wait in the office for a long time. That ususally leaves a bad taste. The office staff was really great and very organized. They seemed pretty busy and also like they do this every day. No special treatment here. However, the entire office from the waiting room to the examining room seemed to be fitted for people of size. I appreciate that. The aftercare program seems okay. I plan on attending the classes that they have. There is, however, a program fee that is required even if your insurance pays at 100%. It is $500.00 - and is required by cashiers ck or money order the day before surgery is scheduled. Okay by me. But it was not explained to me why 100% from the insurance company was not enough. I will ask when I go in for my next visit. The doctor seemed very confident but was still careful to go over the risks of the surgery. "
