Hi Sharon, thank you for writing me. When I read your note, I just sat here in front of the computer and and started to cry. Everything you said is so true for me. I can't believe that I never really realized how icky I am (to people and myself). I honest to God never realized just how BIG I am. I don't understand how I could have missed!!lol ( sorry, I had to add a funny in there. That was one of my ways of dealing with it). Sharon, good luck with your surgery. I WILL be thinking of you and praying for an uneventful surgery and quick recovery. I think that you and I shared something really deep....alot of people would never understand. Thank you for sharing something so personal with me. Love, Terri

I wish you all the very best on your upcoming surgery. This tool is so precious. Please use the first 6 mos to your advantage. That is the time when everyone seems to lose the most. My husband and I had our wls in 2001 and have lost a combined total of 280 lbs. This procedure will work for you---if you work with it!!!
