Jeff, congratulations on your upcoming surgery. May peace and love surround you on your journey and carry you along safely. Remember to drink your water, take your vitamins, walk daily and most importantly, be gentle with yourself along the way. Lastly, don't forget to stop by occasionally and update your profile. Jeff, what a handsome man you are and how lucky to have such beautiful sons. (that little one is gonna be Jeff made over!) Congratulations on your decision to make a new life for yourself and for them. I pray for you a uneventful, boring even, surgery and painless and speedy recovery. As, I don't seem to have a real good connection with the "upstairs" - might want to go ahead and get the pain killers RX filled! LOL - Good Luck.
