Hello. I noticed your post this morning. Go to vita4life.com. They have liquid protein, 2 oz packages with 30 grams of protein, three flavors. You can mix them with crystal light or water, tea or what ever you like. They are less expensive then the products at GNC. Also, be aware that your body can't take in more then 30 grams of protein in a 2 hour period. Anything more then that will just be wasted. Best of luck to you.

ou ever seen the movie: THE WIZARD OF OZ??? Well, soon you will be saying what the wicked witch said when Dorothy threw a bucket of water on her: "I'M MELTING!! I'M MELTING!!!" Those lbs will just melt off of you soon. You will soon be walking down the YELLOW BRICK ROAD to see the WIZARD OF OZ and your sweetest wish will be granted. Congratulations and good luck to you. My husband and I both had our open rny's at Pacific Bariatric in San Diego in 2001 and have lost a combined total of 325 lbs. YOU CAN DO IT TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HEY GAL!!!!!! You better get off your ass and quit smoking!!!! NOW!!!!!! If you don't you WILL regret it. It literally rots your esophagus and you don't want THAT problem along with having the pain of surgery. So come on heifer!!!!!!!! Put um down.
