"My first impression of Dr. Schmitt was man he is young. But it didn't take long to know that he really knows his stuff. His office staff seems very busy but Debra in the insurance area was GREAT! I only have seen Dr Schmitt once after mt surgery and that was at my one week checkup. I saw his nurse practitioner for my 3 month and 6 month check up. I'm sure he's too busy doing surgery to do much of the follow up stuff. I wish he would at least do the 6 month follow up so everyone would believe he cares about us. I believe he is a great surgeon. I have had no complications so far. I believe his surgical competence is a 10."
