"My first impression of Dr Hung was that he was very kind and caring. That's what I call good bedside manner. His nurse Lisa has been very helpful in answering my questions and scheduling appointments with other doctors as I go through this process. At my first meeting with Dr Hung, he gave me a very complete packet about surgery and diet that has answered many of my questions. Dr Hung and Lisa were also very helpful in helping me get my insurance's approval. I was denied benefits the first time and Dr Hung wrote a personal letter to help get it approved the second time."
