" On my first visit I can honestly say I wasn't too impressed with his bedside manor. He is a very straight forward person, and I appreciate that he tells you like it is and doesn't sugar coat anything at all.
On my second visit he seemed to warm up , and seemed to really care about me the patient and what what going on.I trust Dr.Fallon,his credentials speak for themselves.His office staff now is a little chaotic, but that's only because Detra left.My suggestions to anyone seeing him for the first time, make sure you have all your questions written down, and do not expect him to make small talk, he doesn't, he's straight forward and to the point and then on to the next question.He will stress that you go to the support groups and follow up with the pyschologist.He never mentioned an aftercare program to me, but then again, I never asked either. He did inform me more than once of the risks involved,and rather bluntly I might add. Overall, I would say he is very good at what he does, and totally trust him to do my surgery. His surgical competence definitely makes up for his lack of bedside manor."
