"My first impression of Dr. Ren was that she was very professional yet friendly. She was willing to take as much time as I needed in my consult and answered all my questions. She explained the risks of surgery and addressed my personal concerns.
The thing that I love about New York University Medical Center's aftercare program is that I don't have to go into NYC for my future fills(adjustments). Once a month they are in New City and I THINK Long Island so that people outside the city don't have to travel.
As far as her office staff goes, the nurse and nutritionist that I met with were VERY friendly and helpful, but one of the receptionists was very curt and made me feel like I was bothering her. Still, overall it was a very good experience.
The day of my surgery Dr. Ren was in the hospital at 4:00 am (emergency) and doing surgery from 7:00 am to around 8:00 pm. She still made sure to visit with me before and after surgery. I felt like she really cared."
