"UPDATE: Dr. Fabito cancelled his surgeries until further notice, so I have been referred to Dr. Gaskin... don't know a thing about him. Hoping to schedule within the week to have the surgery in March. I was originally scheduled for March 4th! Hope he is good. I will continue to research him to make sure I am comfortable with this. So far I have read positive things!
Dr. Fabito: I went to a seminar in July. It was very informative. He answered questions thoroughly and we also had a chance to talk with Ruthie, the respiratory therapist (who has also had the surgery and lost close to 200 lbs.! I am just waiting for insurance approval now, then they will schedule my surgery. I sure hope the insurance will be approved quickly!
