"All I have done is call for a consult, but his staff was great about sending the papers out. I recieved them in only 2 days. His nurses are very nice and I look forward to meeting with him.
9/18/01 I've been to the consult on Sept 1st and 17 days later I have a date. His office is great about getting the approval. I didn't even have to think about it. They took care of EVERYTHING! As for Dr. Thayer he is such a kind soul. As soon as I met him I knew that I would like him. He has a great sense of humor and refers to me as "giggles" or "the kid". I recommend him to ANY and EVERYONE that is in the Newton Wellesley area and that is looking into this surgery..."
