Sherri! Thank yu for taking the time to email me. I am so glad to hear things are going so well. I cannot imagine reaching the 100 pound loss but am looking forward to reaching my first 25-50pounds. Have you started on the knee replacement process? I had orthoscopic repair to one last August and I am in worse shape and have just as much pain plus my lower leg is bowing out. I have as apppointment to see another Doctor in hopes I can do something after my GBP so I can walk without pain as well as do more things to help with physical condition. Keep up the Good work and I do appreciate the report on Dr.Allen. I like him very much also. Mary Davis
