"I went to the hospital for a video presentation 3 weeks ago, and today I met with my surgeon. He was very nice and re-assuring. He ansered all my questions and told me to call anytime if I thought of any thing else. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Now I just wait to see if my insurance will approve so I can get a date. I'm hoping to get it done before the holidays and even more pounds."
