"My surgery was done with Dr Tarnoff as my surgeon but since it was laproscopic it was with Dr Tarnoff and Dr Shikora. Dr Shikora has certainly built a great reputation for himself and I will have to say that he is an excellent surgeon. Dr Tarnoff was an option for me to get into surgery a little sooner than waiting for an appointment with Dr Shikora. I was a little nervous at first because he was "the new guy". I am very glad I got past those reservations. Since Dr Tarnoff is not even listed here I thought it might be appropriate to say something about him. He is young but very patient and willing to explain everything in detail. He makes a patient feel at ease and I appreciated his frankness. I believe he is an asset to the Obesity Consult Center. He was a great support to me when I had some post op complications and I have to say that I am very glad that I decided to go with Dr Tarnoff. Thanks for everything!"
