Hi all, this is Rosemary Pierce, Mary Anns ^angel^. Mary Ann developed a serious wound infection in the actual incesion and ended up back in the hospital for a week. The staples had to be removed, so the wound could be cleaned 3 times a day. She has an in home health nurse that comes to care for the wound. Dr. Gomez has her use a wound-vac machine to help it heal and close faster. She is still very weak and tired, but able to get down her food and water, and walk a bit to help regain her strength. Steve, Mary Anns husband has been very helpful to her. Your prayers and continued support and words of encouragement would be greatly appriciated. Thankyou Rosemary Pierce

Good Mornig everyone! I am Mary Ann's ^ANGEL^ Rosemary Pierce, I received an E-mail from Mary Ann's husband late last night, and her surgery went well. She will stay in PICU for a few days. she is doing well but is a bit sore, but the pain meds make it managable. Please keep up the prayers, and keep her in your thoughs. Thankyou, have a great day!

I got a e-mail from Mary Ann,s husband. He said she did very well today in surgery. He said she is a little sore but, med are taking care of it good.He said she is resting well now.Could we leave her some wishes for a quick recovery as she continues her journey to the slim side.You made it sweetie we are so happy for you.
