My best wishes for a safe and successful surgery. I hope all goes well for you and that you have a problem free recovery and a rapid weight loss. I had my open rny in Oct. 2001 and have lost 215 lbs already and am at my goal. YOU CAN DO IT TOO!!!! This surgery had made a wonderful change in my life and I feel so good now it is unbelievable. I was using a cpap for my sleep apnea now I sleep like a baby and my wife says that I don't even snore anymore!! Good luck to you on your surgery and recovery. Hi Glenn, Good Luck on your upcoming Big Day. I know you are probably nervous and excited. You are in my prayers for an uneventful surgery and quick recovery. I too had lap rny and am almost 6 weeks post-op. I have lost 34 lbs and feel good, but very tired. The first couple of weeks are the toughest, do not let head hunger get you down, it gets better by week 3 or 4.
