hi my jude,when was the last time you posted an update?i can keep up with how you are doing here.im in W.I.gotta load monday going to macon ga.i will see you on the 23rd if all goes well.im down 103lbs now.i feel soooo good.update so i can check on you.you still da b est.all my love tammy

hi my jude,i love you.well ive been on the truck 3 weeks now all is going great.still a little queasy when i eat but doing so much better.i just wanted to say WOW 80LBS DOWN you go my girl.ya know i love ya like a sister.you are to me like the older sis i never had.even tho you are younger lol.your my beautiful sister.i got two of yall.ill be in touch soon.oh i got into a pair of pants i hadnt been into in 9 years.i knew i saved em for a reason lol.ok gotta go love ya

Judy, congratulations on your upcoming surgery. May peace and love surround you on your journey and carry you along safely. Remember to drink your water, take your vitamins, walk daily and most importantly, be gentle with yourself along the way. Lastly, don't forget to stop by occasionally and update your profile.
