"I was on 4South The first day and night (while I wasn't able to get out of bed unassisted), I had to use the call button for 3 separate equipment issues - It took about an hour to resolve each one and involved multiple pages - two were resolved because I mentioned the issue to other staff who came into the room for other stuff. I was also in a room right next to the nurses station and found things to be very noisy. For all but the first overnight shift, the nurses responsible for my care were excellent. They did frequent checks and made sure that any concerns I had were addressed. "
