"I had an acquaintance who had his WLS done by Dr. Alexander, and he was very pleased, so I got in touch, and found Dr. Alexander to be pleasant, knowledgeable and ENTHUSIASTIC. His confidence is gives a real boost to people whose fears might keep them from considering WLS. His staff is pleasant and helpful. What I liked best is Dr. Alexander's willingness to discuss any facet of the procedure and he endures any question, no matter how elementary it may be. He sincerely appears to care about people, and take outward joy in their success. I'm a bit concerned about his lack of complete aftercare programs, but he has headed me in the direction of people who offer it. "
