Well.. I was sleeved on the 26th, but ran into a nasty postoperative illius and an anomaly on the contrast test that required another trip "in". I'm home now, and have been told that I can have mushy stuff, and that I should come on in for a one month appointment. AS I put my houshold back "to rights".. (2 sons in their 20's, one semi-domesticated husband) and concentrate on getting the required proteins.. I'm going to try and find out exactly wha' happened back their that cause me to gain 14 lbs in water weight post op! I feel ok, but not too strong. My typing is suffering badly. I keep sip sip sipping but I'm not sure I'm sipping fast enough. My gut seems to be healing ok.
