"When I first Met Dr. Malik I was extremely nervous, but that soon ended. He made me feel very comfortable. He talked about his kids and where he was from. Along with his professionalism, he was very personal and easy going.
Although I have not met Dr. Malik's office staff in Rocky Mount in person i will have to say that my first impression of them on the phone wasn't that good. I had first called to ask for information on surgery and the receptionist was quick to answer with a smartness about her. After she told me about what I need to do and gave me an appointment time and date, she was a little more easygoing and talked to me as if she had known me all her life. And that pleased me. The Cary office personnel were great. the nurses and receptionist were wonderful and attentive. I would rate them a 10."
