Where to begin......hmmm.......
I am 33, Happily married 10 years, 2 amazing children age 3 and 7.
I had always been the bigger girl at 5'9", starved to be a size 6 in high school, then a 10-12 in college, size 14 1994-1996, slowly creeping up. Then I got a Thyroid disorder and from 96-97 I jumped to a size 24. I then had 2 children, and according to my endocrinologist a metabolic disorder. I probably screwed my metabolism in high school by starving. Never been a big eater, so I am not sure how this happened, but it did.
I was diagnosed this year with Sleep Apnea and Type II Diabetes,
Enough is Enough.
