I have been thinking about WLS for a few years now. I am 35 and have two wonderful boys who need a healthy/happy mom. It is not fair to them that I am unhappy with myself. I want to be able to go out and exercise, play and make snowmen with them. All of these tasks are way too difficult. My BMI is almost 50 and I finally decided that NOW was the time.
I got the call Tuesday November the 23rd that my consultation with Dr. Starr was to take place on Friday February 18th, 2011.....and so the journey BEGINS........I am REALLY nervous (but EXCITED)
