I vomitted! - For the first time today..
I am a little over 7 weeks out today, I had about 1/3 of a slice of sourdough bread with miracle whip and 98% fat free bologna .. I know it's obvious...

Dehydrated??? - Can someone tell me the signs of dehydration? Is a headache one? I've had a massive headache since last night. Ughhhhhh
