I currently weigh 267 pounds. I am a very friendly and loveable. I tend to be down sometimes because of my weight but most of all because of my health. I didn't know that how much of a factor your weight could be on your life. I use to be very active, I've tried all types of diets and have been enrolled in the YMCA for about 5 years now. My husband is tired of spending money on me and I don't stick to the diet plan. Well, the plan is hopefully I will one day be able to more healther and stonger. I have been researching the (G.B.) It seems to be for me.
12/26/2005 Good morning It's been a long time I finally did my post op class. Now I'm only waiting on been approved. Sometimes it's hard for me to wait. I still continue to try to loose weight. The more I try the more weight I gain. I feel that
sometimes it's hopeless for me to even try. Well I have a feeling that when I get my status it will say APPROVED.
1/1/06 HAPPY NEW YEAR'S today is new years and I am so excited to be able to say that I lived to see 2006 a year and a dy that will never be again. God is so good. I prayed all last night that God would pour down his blessings on me and guest what I know I'm next in line for what God has for me.

Another day another dollar, hey friends well I am still waiting on the approval from my Insurance company. I can't stand the wait. They need to go ahaed and stamp my papers APPROVED :) this would be great. My daughter keeps telling me that I am cute/ I thinl she does it because she want's some cookies:) and my son's they are off the chain for sure. Well that's all I really have to say today besides. IN 06 WE WILL BE FIXED. Everyone have a blessed day. And let your light shine before men so that they may see your good works and glorfiy our father which is in heaven. Until next time.

Spoke with the Dr's office about my status she informed me that the insurance company has my paperwork in the review board status. They say that my BMI is not enought in order to get the surgery it should be 40 or greater and I'm sitting at 37 or 38. Well they are reviewing my case and should know something in about a day or so. Well alk to you later.

1/26/06 Hey everyone my family and I would like to thank you all for all of your wonderful prayers. God is able and he is in the blessing business. I had my surgery on Monday January 23, 2006 @7:30am it took Dr. Opie about 2 Hours and guess what I was doing bed exercise that afternoon and up an walking before 3pm. I still have some pain I beleive that it is mostly because of the gas that they put in you stomach. Well I'm feeling fine. I have to really get use to this I came home with to tubes one to drain fluid and the other to drain fluid form my old stomach. The Dr's and the nurses took very good care of me. I really enjoyed that. I just can't stop thanking God for all that he has done and is abliut to do for me. I was very scared before the surgery and didn't really know what to expect but I know that my family and all of you were sending up some spiceal belessings on my behalf. Well I have ot go now but I 'll be updating later bye for now.

Another day another dollar, well this weight lost thing is tuff. I find myself very sleepy all the time. I try not to use the drugs but that seems to be the only confort that I am getting. I drink water but not as much as I need to. I also try to eat at the correct times. Sometimes I wonder If I have made a msitake trying too loose weight the fast way. My reasoning for having the surgery was my health and it seems that my sugar and blood pressure is all out of wack. Well maybe withtime things will change besides it;s only been 5 days since I had my surgery maybe things would help it I had these darn tubes out. they get on my last nerve. Well the doctor say's that he rwill take the drain tube out on Tuesday and the other in about two weeks. I am gonna try to see if they both can be removed on the same day. "Yeah Right" I'm dreaming. My husband and children have been wonderful they are very supportive to me. I really need to let them know how much I love and appricate them for all of the hard work that they are doing and how nice they have beeen to each other. Wow, it is truly unreal they normally fight each other but not this week that have been working togehtr like a hand and a glove pretty wonderful I think. well I'm about to see what I can get into until next time .

Hey friends ok I went to the Dr's today for my 1st post op visit my check in weight was 260 and I am now down 17lbs. WOW!!!! Isn't that great????? Well the Dr. took out one of my tubes today I feel much better since it is gone. :-} HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY :-}. Well I start my second/Phase today I am on all clear liquids again until my next visit with my doctor. see you later

It has been a while since las updated well it has been about 3 months since I had my gaystric and guess what I have lost 70lbs it's that great. Well I am feeling good now since I had my bypass the first couple of weeks was the worst but now it is on. I have not been sick Thank God. I would like to thank all of you who have been here as my support I thank God for you. I love what my body is doing I am just awaiting the final outcome. Love you until later

My first impression was wow he is so young(but cool). Overtime it changed because he made it personal. It was more like he was my mate very concerned with what I wanted. The office has been very good to me. My insurance on the other hand has been kinda slow. (I suppose it is because I am so ready to get the weight off). I feel the warmth in the office when I have come Hopefully I should be getting my surgery done here n the next month or so.
