"my 1st impression was how smart, young and great looking he is. Dr. De La Cruz-Munoz is a consistent, paced person. He is very encouraging he is...His staff is very nice. There is nothing I liked least. What I would like future patients to know is that Dr. De La Cruz-Munoz wants his patients to be ready and succeed in the long run and maintain. He doesn't sugar coat anything and is very direct. He has an open door after-care policy and is very involved in maintaining a long-term relationship with his patients. like his asst. surgeon told me \"we are now married\" our relationship with you is forever. I liked that!!!! They really care. In the seminar he addresses every detail good and bad from the different methods. I can't rate this surgeon. There are no numbers for him. He has truly blessed hands and is incredible. His team and staff are incredible. He is knowledgeable in both surgical competence and bedside manner. He spoke to me after surgery and came back the next day and sat down with me and addressed what is to come next and answered all my questions. He is never in a rush. I can't ask for more.
