So i finally had my surgery. YAY!!! I am so excited to start my new life. This is my first day being at home all day. I am currently on pain meds for the pain but I really don't have too much just on the left side because that's where the port is. My belly also doesn't look that bad except for 2 of the sites that he cut thru. The other cuts just look like tiny cuts that i made myself really. I had the realize band and I am on full liquids for 4 to 6 wks. I can only drink or eat 30 to 60 ml every 30 mins and let me tell you I am not hungry at all I have to make myself eat. So I guess so far it is working out great. I guess when I heal is probably when I will start getting hunger pains but Im not sure just taking it one day at a time. I plan on taking pictures at least once a month and I have a book to keep them in because I want to keep track of my befores and afters. and I am so excited. I do need more friends on here that have had the band because I do need people to talk to about their experiences and just incase I need help. I am currently 20 years old and 293 pounds and working on losing weight I feel like I am going to be very successful with this unlike with anything else I have tried just wanted to do this as an update for my friends and for a journal for myself once this is all done.
