I started the journey back in Feb 08, the seminar I was going to was cancelled, so I called the office and they sent me all the paper work , I quickly filled out the paper work and returned it. I did not here from them so about the end of March I gave them a call, they had checked my insurance and found the wls was not covered. (I already knew this) I told the I would be selfpay and ask what the cost would be. I set up an appointment for 4/7/08 I meet with the wls center staff and started the process. had the psy eval passed it, and meet with the nutritionest, went over all the thing not to eat and could eat, and meet with the nurse who went over the lapband and all the pros and cons. a lot to take in in one day, I agreed that this was what I was going to do for myself and the said they would set up an appointment with the dr. and give me a call. i received my call before I left Ashland my next appointment would be April 21,2008 at 9:30
