First visit to grocery store since surgery & Thank you

Wow! Tonight I went to Walmart for the first time after my surgery. I broke up with my fiance less than a month before my surgery, so my mom took care of me post-op. She did all the grocery shopping while I was recovering. I finally ran out of food and had to go. It was difficult walking down the aisles seeing the things that I used to eat. I wanted those things so bad! But I kept telling myself that those foods are what made morbidly obese leading me to have the RNY. I am still battling some depression and "buyer's remorse", but I do feel like I am getting better.

I want to thank all of the amazing people who have reached out to me and given me support. All of your advice and words of kindness are really helping. I can't express how much I appreciate all of you. I look forward to getting to know all you on a deeper level and becoming good friends. Someday, I would love to be able to meet some of you! You all are my weight loss angels!
