Getting there ounce by ounce

Well time for an update. I told myself to be motivate I needed to post more and be fully honest and it would help and it has. I m stilt losing but very slowly which is okay every few days I wild change 2 ounces on the scale and so I am slowly getting there. work was super crazy this weekend so I walked about 7 miles just at work 8 hours Friday, 13 hours Saturday, and another 8 hours Sunday. Monday was a nice break I got all of my housework done and laundry put way and Tuesday was shopping and food prepping. I did make a huge crock pot of my favorite Hungry Girl soup called Yippee-Ki-Yay Chicken Chowder and it should last me all week and is super yummy and low cal every time I bring it to work people ask me for some ad then ask me for the recipe. I plan on making cookies tonight (gasp) 2 ingredient peanut butter and egg so I feel it is ok for me and keeps me away from real cookie, cake, and ice cream! I also would like to try this ricotta custard thing I saw online we wild see how that goes I have only had ricotta in lasagna before. Hubby's surgery is still on track for 6/22 and he is enjoying his junk before having to start his 2 week optic. my dizzy spells and headaches continue so I will continue to stay away from coffee except once a week and try to make sure I am getting my 64 ounces of water.
