"While I get that no one is perfect, Dr. Herron is as close as can be. After meeting several surgeons in the NYC area, He was the best. He answered all of my questions (I am sure he answered the same ones a hundred times a day) with a smile and a diagram (i love diagrams) He was kind and most important patient. He was awesome with my parents who had serious concerns about going through the procedure. When we walked out of the consult, my parents looked at me and I at them and said, he is the one. rnrnHis assistant Nadia is the sweetest, kindest woman I have met. She answers all of my questions in a timely manner. The most important thing about her is that if she doesn't know the answer, she says so, then finds out the answer and then calls me back. That is so important that she doesn't talk her way through an answer. rnrnThe downside to their office is that they are very, very busy so you can't expect instantaneous service, but they try very hard to get back to you within a timely manner. rnrnMt. Sinai's hospital is awesome. The nurses are great and very attentive. rnrnThe whole team was fab. I reccomend them to anyone who is serious about this procedure. "
