Does insurance pay for a revison? - Just wondering if I wanted to take out the lap band and switch to a gastric sleeve would insurance pay for it?  I have UHC and I thought they only paid for 1 weight loss surgery...

lap band to gastric sleeve - Has anyone switched from the lap band to the gastric sleeve?  How did it go? Do you lose as much weight as others who just have the sleeve?   Thanks,  Allison
