Hey everybody!

Starting this journey, and just wanted to say hello. Going for my first 'one stop shopping' consult on Friday. My surgical center has everything right on site, so the first visit is like 5-7 hours but you get your nutritionist, psych eval, starting labs, and meet the surgeon and all that on the first day. I'm so excited!

Unfortunately, I do have to do the six-month pre-op diet requirement (*sigh*) which I know is good for me but is ultimately not going to be very fruitful. I do see the value in the liver shrinking part of the diet, but it's going to be a long six months to get to that one. So I'm going to have to cool my jets a little.
