The office is experiencing growing pains so my phone calls were not returned by the office staff and processing my items through insurance was frequently dropped.rnrnHowever, with persistance from me, everything got done eventually. The person at the front desk was \"adament\" that the office manager got my requests because they were handed to him, but when I finally got through, he had no idea who I was or what I was talking about.rnrnDr. Landers assisted Dr. Landerholm with the surgery. Dr. Landers is the one that has the extensive experience with the sleeve.rnrnAftercare is extremely important at the Puget Sound Surgical Clinic. I'm not overly impressed with the nutritionist. I felt like she just read me the pamplet she was giving me pre-op. But this could be due to working with some awesome Nutritionists in the past.rnrnThe dr.s were worried it woudl turn into an open proceedure and contstantly emphasized the risks so I knew what I was getting into.rnrnAdd to the issue that the surgery coordinator went on vacation and I ended up being \"processed\" by someone who had no experience and didn't listen to the answers she just got to her question. rnrnAll of these red flags would have made me run to a different dr. if I hadn't met the dr. already and knew from Jenn her experiences with the dr. rnrnBecause they are so good, it causes growing pains. Ultimately, they were the ones to go with though."
