I am 48 years old and have been obese all of my life, or at least ever since I can remember. I have RA so maintaining a healthy weight has became more important than ever. Before RA I could exercise enough to at least maintain my weight but since it has been a losing battle. I want to postpone joint replacement (hips and knees) as long as possible or hopefully for ever. Maintaing a healthy weight will help me attain this goal.
