first follow up appt

sooo today i had my first follow up appointment. my starting weight was 356 and im down to 331!!!! yay. im finally feeling like all the sf popsickles and applesause are worth it lol. up until this day i was feeling like it wasnt even worth all the trouble. the steri strips were taken off today the scars are ugly and they still hurt a little bit. really wish i could take a hot bath. i cant wait until i can start eating some meat but for now im ok w/ my cottage cheese for now :) cant wait to see what i will look like 6 months from now.
