The process so far

This is everything I have gotten through so far as of today 4/22/14. All I have left is seeing my PCP 2 more times and my NUT apt and seeing my surgeon before surgery for any last questions. This means surgery should be in late July or August! With the grandbaby coming in September that's cutting it close, lol.

Feb 19th joined TOPS

Feb 20th joined the YMCA

March 10th Bod Pod & 1st Steps Class

March 13th PCP #3 visit

March 27th Psych Eval

April 3rd Mailed Payment (Rcvd April 10th)

April 10th PCP # 4 visit
