My recent weight loss and my plateau

I have had a very pleasing weight loss of 26 pounds in one month! Went from 207 down to 181, however I have been at 181 for 10 plus days. I had my first fill of 3cc into my Lap Band AP 10cc, 2 days ago. For the first time (the day after my fill) I also had my first experience with a piece of egg "getting stuck." Wow was that scary and painful! Anyway, any of you "Bander's" experience this long of a plateau at so early on? I know that it is different for every patient, but would like to read a few responses. Honestly, it was a nightmare for me, but it has been less than three weeks and I am done 20lbs already! The surgery (Lap Band) was much more painful than it was portrayed (and believe me I have had plenty of surgeries), the hospital that I went to was OK although I was treated like a number, not a person. The thing that was the worst was the company that helped me to set up my surgery (Be-lite)! My "surgical coordinator" did not give me accurate information regarding my surgery, and she became very rude when I asked for help in getting my secondary insurance to pay the %20 of what my primary insurance doesn't cover and my secondary does cover, all that it takes is a request from the doctor doing the surgery!!! This woman also told me that the doctor's at DMC Harper Hospital would rather not deal with someone like myself, (meaning that by asking more than one person,a total of 2 people) about contacting my secondary insurance, I was some how out of the realm of what is normal for their (Be-lite) company policies and that if I continued to ask about my secondary picking up the %20, that the doctor's at DMC would rather work with the many other patients waiting to get in!!!! Oh yeah the follow up from my surgical coordinator has yet to happen. I give Belite a big fat ZERO for customer care, and would highly recommend using any other company to direct you and guide you through this life changing event! I myself have worked in the medical field for eight years now, and I have never experienced this type of BLATANT DISREGARD FOR COORDINATION OF CARE! IT WAS TRULY AMAZING HOW BELITE HAS DROPPED THE BALL! I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, IT IS TRUE.
