Well here goes....... My name is Angela. I have been thinking about WLS for about 2 years now. I am 28 years old and I am tired of tring everything in my power to lose weight. My weight seems to keep going up no matter what I do. I now weigh 375lbs and this is sad to me. I always said that I would NOT hit 350 but I guess I was wrong. My final straw was last month my grandfather passed away, I had nothing to wear to the funeral so I had to go shopping, well you guessed it I could not find anything!!!!!!UGGGGGGGGGGGGG. Before now I was very scared to have the surgery. Now I know that God will be with me as well as a special gardian angel. I am ready. I know that the surgery is only a tool and I hope to be at my personal weight goal of 160lb by my 30th birthday. I have a consultation appt 02-06-08.....wish me luck.
