With you or Without you
I have made up my mind to live on.....
I am over 40, married with 3 children 22, 10 and 4 and about to become a grandmother (Mama2)
I may not look 205 but that's what the scale says. Of course I desire to look and feel fantastic.
But my goal is to get rid of the hypertension and diabetes medication permanently. To be healthy and look good
yes, that's a goal in my life also. I want to enjoy life to the fullest and keep up with the family without breathing as death is fast approaching me. I have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, high blood pressure and sleep apnea and I am allergic to needles, 
and I can't see myself on medication for life. I'm tired of overeating and after getting up from the table using my famous slogan "Well I'm Fat, Black and Happy" and laugh it off. I have not been able to take my ring off in over a few years (not that I want to remove them) my rings have been stuck on my fingers for years. Also I would like to tuck in my shirt. I can't see how people tuck in their shirts with all that stuff hanging (ilk)
So I am on my journey now to look and feel better, to do the tuck and ring off.
I look good in my clothes and I will look good with them off ( smile)
