Its been 4 months today!

Well 4 months have past and I'm down exactly 80lbs! It feels great and I get more excited as the days go by!

Well here it is the day after Thanksgiving and I lost weight! LOL Never thought that would happen. I'm now down 63lbs and feeling so much better about myself and not to mention medically better. No back and feet hurt hardly never, and I have energy to do stuff through out the day!
