Rough 2 months

Well this has been a rough couple of months.  At my Dec appt. they screwed up all my supplements.  Took till now to get them straightened out.  Felt like crap during all this too, didn't loose any weight & even gained 1 inch everywhere.

So glad that is over.  Weighed this weekend & lost 15 lbs & a couple inches.  Went shopping also.  I now can shop in the regular women's section.  NO more Plus Size!!  I am now an XL 16-18 plus I went down 2 sizes in shoes.  Cleaned out my closet & got rid of all my old clothes to make room for the new ones.

Doctors Appt

Went to the doctor on the Dec 16 according to their scale I weighed 20 lbs more than what my scale said & I weighed this morning & it was the same as theirs.  I think my scale is jinxed.  But oh well my clothes are getting loose that is what I really go by.  I have went down 3.5 sizes in 3 months.  I am now able to go the REGULAR WOMAN'S size clothing & purchase things.  WOOHOO!!!

3 months in

3 month anniversary coming up tomorrow.  Things have been going good, still trying to figure out how to get all the supplements & protein in in one day.  This has been a challenge.  I have lost 76 lbs so far, went down 3 sizes & on my way down another size.  I feel the best I have in years, LOTS more energy.  I am always on the go, especially now with the holidays. 

My family is amazed at how I eat now & how fast the weight is coming off.  They have all given me support & praise since I had the surgery.  It is nice to finally be able to do simple things like paint my toe nails or even bend over to tie my shoe not to mention being able to walk with out getting out of breath.

This surgery has been a blessing.  I can't wait to see the end results.

Just starting w/this site

It has taken me a while to get my profile started.  We don't have internet at home so I have to go to the library to do my updates.  But so far I do like this site better than the one the doctor's office recommended. 

I would not have been able to do this surgery with out my fiance, Michelle, Father Milton, & God.  They all prepared me for what to expect before, during, & after the surgery.  Special thanks to Michelle who went thru the surgery before me & has given me alot of tips to get thru it all.  And my fiance....well I can't brag enough about him.  He has been wonderful, so supportive, he was my own personal nurse in the hospital.  He said there with me the whole time & has taken care of me ever since.  HE IS THE MOST WONDERFUL PERSON I KNOW!!!!

It has been 2 months since my surgery & things are going great.  I have had my ups & downs but that is to be expected.  This is the best I have felt in ages.  I am soooo glad I had this surgery done.
