Feeling ONEDERFULL!!!

Wow is all I can say, I am a size 12??? I don't ever remember a time in my life being able to fit a size 12... The energy I have now is incredible feeling the need to move and exercise, not really craving junk like I used to. I'm just giddy I weigh 186lbs now, I haven't seen the scale that low in years. I am truly loving myself, enjoying life, and feeling up beat... :-)
