Happy 4th!!!

Happy 4th to all my friends out there! I made it to my Goal of 192 by July 4th! I am really thrilled that I am losing again! I got my labs back from my six month check-up and I am low on protein and Vitamin D to I have been really trying to eat a lot more meat and I have had 2 recent siick spells of the foamies and that awful feeling of fullness which is why I started avoiding meats in the first place. I did read just recently that when you are low on protein it causes you to stall and not lose; so that makes sense. But the foamies -for hours throwing up foam and getting no relief is rough!!! Does anyone have any input on what you do to get over it besides burp and make yourself throw up? jEZ- UGH!!Anyways HAPPY INDEPENDANCE DAY TO YOU ALL! HUGS! Annette
